About

Founded in 1980, the UW Online MPH program has a strong tradition of educating health care leaders who make a difference in their communities and promote health equity and social justice. Our alumni work in academia, government, health care, nonprofit organizations and in industries across the United States and around the world.

The program is offered by the UW Department of Health Systems and Population Health in the UW School of Public Health, which was ranked fourth in the world by Global Ranking of Academic Subjects. It is fully accredited by the Council on Education for Public Health.

This self-sustaining, fee-based program is administered in partnership with UW Continuum College.
